Muthoot Fincorp is a leading Indian financial services group, established in 1939, known as one of the largest gold loan companies in the world.

It provides a wide array of financial products including gold loans, personal loans, foreign exchange, and wealth management services to a vast customer base.

Our mission was to design a unified mobile application that integrates separate portals for loans, cards, and insurance, eliminating multiple logins and building intuitive flows to simplify financial management for Muthoot customers.

The Mobile App & Web App Experience

A central dashboard was created to unify gold loan management and digital gold investment, enabling seamless doorstep service booking and portfolio tracking in a single app.

A foundational information architecture was mapped to logically structure all loan services, user support, and account management features, creating the blueprint for an intuitive and unified user experience.

Conducted user interviews and competitor analysis to build test scenarios. Users performed specific tasks, allowing us to identify key opportunities to refine and improve the overall journey.

Developed wireframes to architect a fully functional website, ensuring a seamless and intuitive structure that aligns with the mobile app for a unified experience across all platforms.

A consistent visual design system was implemented across the fully functional website, extending the mobile app's language to deliver a seamless and intuitive experience on every platform.

These mobile wireframes structure the core user journey - from viewing gold holdings and applying for a new loan to managing pledged ornaments - into a single, intuitive flow, establishing the blueprint for the unified app experience.

A professional and trustworthy visual language was applied to the mobile wireframes, using a clear color palette, typography, and icons to create an intuitive and reassuring interface for managing loans and gold.
